REMITTANCE AND REGISTRY OF DATA OF A PERSONAL NATURE

CONFEMADERA has adopted the levels of security for Personal Data legally required and outlined in RD 994/1999 for Security Measures. Nevertheless, we have additional means, such as cutting-edge firewalls in addition to technical measures such as software to encrypt confidential information and controlled access to information of a personal nature, restricted user and security policies and passwords which expire as the Organic Law of Data Protection states, and other systems oriented at avoiding the improper use, alteration, un-authorized access and theft of personal data provided to CONFEMADERA. CONFEMADERA will not be responsible for possible damages that may occur because of interferences, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, telephone interruptions or disconnections in the operation of this electronic system caused by reasons foreign to CONFEMADERA; delays or blockage in the use of the aforementioned electronic system caused by deficiencies or overloads in the telephone lines or overloads in the D.P.C.
